How does membership work?
Membership begins with a private consultation. Together we build a personalized health plan, and you can reach your care team directly between visits. Our team will walk you through membership details during your consultation.
Can I meet the physicians before joining?
Please let us know when you request a consultation. Our team will explain how introductions are arranged and answer any questions about our physicians.
What services are included?
Membership includes direct physician access, same- or next-day appointments, longer visits, annual wellness planning, prescription support, care coordination, travel health guidance, and support between visits. See Membership Benefits for details.
