Dr. Albert G. Alessi is a board-certified family medicine physician with decades of experience caring for patients and families in Southwest Florida.
He graduated from Nova Southeastern University College of Osteopathic Medicine and completed his family practice residency at Suncoast Hospital. His training in primary care, combined with an osteopathic and holistic approach, shaped his belief that effective healthcare should consider the whole person — not only symptoms, but lifestyle, prevention, wellness, and long-term health goals.
Together with Dr. Patricia Alessi, Dr. Albert Alessi founded Alessi Family Care in Bonita Springs with the vision of creating a medical practice where patients feel known, heard, and cared for. Through Bonita Concierge Medicine, he continues that mission by offering a more personal, accessible, and relationship-based approach to healthcare.

Dr. Patricia A. Alessi is a board-certified family medicine physician who believes that true health is connected to nutrition, emotional balance, exercise, lifestyle, and an active partnership between patient and physician.
She graduated from Nova Southeastern University College of Osteopathic Medicine, where she met Dr. Albert Alessi. Together, they shared a vision for a medical practice centered on trust, thorough care, and meaningful physician-patient relationships.
After helping establish Alessi Family Care and serving the Bonita Springs community for many years, Dr. Patricia Alessi continues her commitment through Bonita Concierge Medicine. Her care philosophy emphasizes prevention, wellness, communication, and empowering patients to participate in their own healthcare journey.

Erin Brouillard is a physician assistant who brings a thoughtful, proactive, and patient-centered approach to care. She received her Physician Assistant certification from Methodist University and holds a Master of Health Sciences from the University of Nebraska.
With a strong background in biology, anatomy, and athletics, Erin is passionate about helping patients build healthier lifestyles and better understand their care. She believes effective medicine begins with communication, trust, and individualized attention.
As part of the Bonita Concierge Medicine team, Erin supports patients with compassion, clinical knowledge, and a commitment to helping each person feel heard, guided, and cared for.
